RENTAL AGREEMENT
Rental agreement celebrated by Casa Angel subsequently called "THE PROPERTY" and ___________________, subsequently called "THE LESSEE" according to the following:
CLAUSES
1. RENTAL PERIOD
THE LESSEE accepts to rent on a daily basis the premises known as CASA ANGEL located at Cerrada de Vientos Bolinas No. 1, Residential Las Brisas in Acapulco, Guerrero, during the following dates: Arrival:____________________Departure:__________________
2. DAILY RENT, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
The daily rental for these accommodation is of $_____________for a total of ___nights. The rent amount due will be of $______________, plus a guarantee deposit of $500.00, for a grand total of $____________. THE LESSEE agrees to pay 50% within 7 days of reserving and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
3. OCCUPANCY
The total number of persons including children occupying THE PROPERTY cannot exceed 10.
4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. on departure day.
5. DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR ITS CONTENTS
The LESSEE agrees to be responsible for the care of THE PROPERTY, furnishings, appliances, art and decoration, etc. If any damage or loss is caused by THE LESSEE or any of his/her guests, THE LESSEE will be responsible for reimbursement to the owner of THE PROPERTY.
6. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
In addition to rental charges, THE PROPERTY requires a $500 refundable security/damage deposit. This deposit, less long distance phone charges and taxes incurred from the telephones in THE PROPERTY during the rental period, damages or excessive cleaning, will normally be refunded within 90 days after check-out. THE PROPERTY agrees to provide a copy of the telephone bill to clarify calls made.
7. SERVICE STAFF
Gratuities and/or tipping for the service staff are not included in the rent. Food and beverage are not included in the rent.
8. ANIMALS OR PETS
are strictly forbidden inside the residential area where THE PROPERTY is located.
9. ENTERTAINING
Guests visiting the occupants in THE PROPERTY should not exceed more than half of the total persons occupying THE PROPERTY. Parties, weddings, receptions, or other such activities which involve more than 5 non-occupant guests require prior permission.
10. SECURITY
It is strictly forbidden to grant entry to THE PROPERTY to any person offering illicit activities or the use of illegal drugs and/or substances. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from THE PROPERTY without refund of rent.
11. ACCIDENTS
THE LESSEE releases THE PROPERTY and its owner from any and all liability for injuries and damages suffered by THE LESSEE, the occupants and any guests allowed to enter THE PROPERTY, in or outside of THE PROPERTY during the rental period. THE LESSEE agrees to hold the owner of THE PROPERTY harmless for nay and all claims which might be made by THE LESSEE and/or occupants and guests.
12. CANCELLATIONS
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. In the event that THE PROPERTY should be sold or become unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute property is available, a full refund will be given for any unused rental time.
13. THE LESSEE
has read and agrees to the information provided in the section of Reservations and Information on THE PROPERTY website www.acapulcovillacasaangel.com
This Rental Agreement supersedes all prior communications, whether written or oral; stated or implied, and it must be executed by the person(s) assuming financial and legal responsibility for the booking who is responsible for all other occupants and invited guests who will be using THE PROPERTY.
